What equipment do I need to do this program?

Classes are designed so that you can do it at the comfort of your home without any equipment's.
 

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time before your subscription expires.


How long will it take me to learn?

This depends on your current fitness level and ability, how dedicated and focused are you to training, and which movements you choose to spend more time on. 
Some movements are complex in nature and require more patience and regular training. Its about enjoying the journey that you set yourself on. 

 

After I join, how do I get the link for classes ? 

Once you sign up, Joining link and password will be relayed to you post booking.
 

On which platform are the Live- Online Classes takes place ?

All classes are on Zoom, either you can have it on mobile, laptop or desktop.
