Many people asked me about the Hamstring Stretches and the best exercises that one can do to make them flexible. First thing first "Be Regular with training for better results." I always like to keep it simple and basic. Here are few exercises with explanation for Hamstring Stretches for beginners & Advance practitioners. Calf Muscles get stretched if you work on flexing the toes. 🔺 For best results try to train them at least 4-5 times a week. ➡ 4 round & 4 sets of Every Exercise. ➡ Hold for 30 seconds.
